Applications to live in the Village are open to over 60s (55s in special circumstances) living in the City of Nottingham, or those who can demonstrate a local connection.

The Marketing Suite is open Saturday 10.00am to 2.00pm and Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm. Parking is available at the Marketing Suite off Clifton Lane. The suite is fully accessible for wheel chair users.
The South Nottingham Bus Company's number 1 service runs between the Market Square and Train Station in the City Centre and Gotham. It stops right outside the Village entrance.
