The Brief
To develop a sales and marketing programme to sell and let properties within the UK's largest retirement village in Nottingham on behalf of The ExtraCare Charitable Trust.

The Solution
An integrated campaign utilising a mix of direct mail, media advertising, events and website, to create a database of potentially interested buyers/renters and promoting a holistic lifestyle rather than bricks and mortar, to build a village community even before the residents moved in.

The Results
In less than 2 years and in the worst recession in the housing market for a generation, the campaign achieved its target of selling 250 properties and renting a further 70 properties, all to over 55’s living in Nottingham City postcodes.
